This mobile firewood basket is a blend of functionality, ecology and elegant craftsmanship. The basket is made in the European Union according to Polish basketry traditions listed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The wicker comes from responsible European plantations and has been carefully hand-woven by Polish artisans. The natural jute lining protects the basket interior and prevents bark or dust from spilling onto the floor. This is an ecological, biodegradable product with high durability and aesthetic value. The lining is removable but not suitable for machine washing. It is still easy to care for — vacuum or brush dry regularly; for minor stains gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent and allow to air dry.
Although primarily intended for storing firewood, the basket has many other uses. It is ideal for storing fruit, vegetables or nuts, and for a stylish display of bread wrapped in paper.
